Region D Medicare Recovery Audit Contractor Posts New CMS Approved Audit Issues

Specifically, HDI added the following new CMS approved audit issues : Medical Supplies and Home Health Consolidated Billing Date of Death – DME The above issues apply to all states within Region D.
